When Can I Move In?

Once your Lease Agreement is signed, you have provided the required documentation and your administrative fee and rent have been paid, you are cleared for move in.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept cash, money order, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Can I Rent On-Line?

Absolutely! Simply click here and you will be able to select a unit that meets your need. If you need help choosing the right size, take a moment to watch our video or call/text our experienced manager.

Once your online rental is complete, one of our knowledgeable staff will reach out with any additional questions that you may have.

NOTE: Before we can grant you access to your storage unit, you do need to stop by the customer service office to provide a copy of your ID, & if you rented a parking space, your registration & proof of insurance.

Can I Rent Long Term?

Sure. Lease agreements can be as long as a year or as short as a month. Simply let us know what suits your storage requirements.

What If I Don’t Know How Long I Need A Space?

Not a problem! We can create a lease customized to your needs. If you're unsure, we can create a month to month lease. Just notify us with a call or email when you're ready to terminate your lease.

Is There A Manager On Duty?

Our manager is in the office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We maintain regular office hours from noon to 5:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Other times, a manager is available by appointment should you need assistance. But you can always access your storage space with your secure code 24/7.

What Things Are Prohibited From Storage?

For your safety and that of others, tenant may not store any living creature, gasoline - or flammable chemicals, explosives or fireworks, corrosive, toxic, hazardous or poisonous materials or waste, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, lawn or construction debris, illegal or controlled substances, stolen or illegal property. For a complete list of prohibited items, please contact the manager or review the Baywood lease. 

How Do I Access My Unit?

You will provide your own lock and key which will give you immediate access to your unit. Once your lease agreement is completed, you will be given a secure gate code so you have 24 hour access to your storage area.

Where Are You Located?

We are conveniently located on Highway 198 S, just south of the bridge, behind the Golf Cart store in the Baywood Plaza shopping center.

What Type of Documents Do I Need?

For household storage, we'll need a government issued photo id. If you have a boat, car, trailer, or RV to store, we'll need the VIN number and registration information. Please contact our manager if you need additional information.
